Mac Repairs Upgrades Questions


1. Is shipping included in the rental rate?
Shipping is a separate fee from our Mac rental fee. We offer same day delivery 2 hour service in Greater London and CityLink Overnight service within the UK.

2. Do you offer insurance?
We do understand that in Mac rental, accidents can happen, so we propose a £99 insurance that will protect you from those accidental damages.

3. What operating system does the Mac have?
Depending on the hardware specifications of the Mac, we will load the latest Mac operating system available, generally Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard upgraded to his latest version. There is some case where customers need an earlier version of Mac OS X aka Tiger or Panther to be compatible with their software. This feature is of course accepted but has to be precise on the order confirmation and validated by one of our engineer.

4. Do all the Mac come equipped with WIFI?
All the Mac Laptops and iMacs come equipped with WIFI 802.11 G/N, only the Mac Pro aren’t shipped with WIFI.

5. Do you have a rent-to-own program?
Not at this time.

6. How quickly can i get the Mac?
If you are located outside London, you can receive your Mac next-day. If you are renting in the London area, you can receive your Mac the same day.

7. What is included in the Mac rental?
The desktops Mac are shipped with a power cord, a keyboard and a mouse. The laptops Mac are shipped with a power supply, power cord, laptop battery and a laptop carrying case.

8. Do you offer technical support?
Yes, we do offer technical support during normal business hours.

9. What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 day.

10. Do you rent Mac to individuals?
Yes, Wehiremac rents to both individuals and Ltd.

11. Is the Mac ready for immediate use?
All of our Mac are shipped ready for immediate use.
